We recently completed the renovation of an office and laundry room in the basement of a house in Fall Creek. Within the last couple of years, we have renovated the kitchen, rebuilt a deck, replaced the roof, and installed new soffit, fascia, and gutters. The home office was overcrowded, disorganized, and had very little work space. In the office we removed two layers of carpet and installed solid vinyl luxury tile.

In the very depressing and dated laundry, we removed old sheet vinyl and replaced with the same luxury vinyl tile. In both rooms, we replaced the windows with Pella® double-hung maintenance free vinyl windows. The laundry is also a full bath which, prior to renovation, was barely functional. We replaced the vanity, toilet, and shower. With new cabinetry in both rooms, new doors and trim, and fresh paint, being in these spaces is now a joy. The home office (a.k.a man cave) now has plenty of desktop work space. It is no longer drudgery to come to the basement and do laundry. For more pictures, visit our Portfolio.
